Chef Carol's Bio:

Carol Woodall Chef/Owner Blue Willo Café She attended school at California Culinary Academy and has spent more than a decade working in professional kitchens and working as a private Chef. She specializes in corporate and individual catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Carol’s motto is if you don’t see something you want ask and she will do her best to deliver it. Carol only uses the freshest available ingredients and prefers to use as much organic as possible.
