Please go through the October Hot lunch menu carefully. The café will not do mass credits anymore due to field trips or activities scheduled by the school. We will credit if your child is sick and we are given proper notice.
The Café can not afford to keep crediting 30-150 parents for school date changes. We were able to set the lunch prices as affordabley as they are by pre-ordering products from our vendors. They in turn deliver just before we need it to ensure the freshest product is used in preporation for your child's meal. The window is 3 weeks in advance to set these prices.

Policy and Procedures
*If a situation arises and you are issued a credit it will work as a “free” Walk in. We request an email as to which day you are going to use your credit.
*Ordering of meals must be done at least 48 hours prior to the date of the meal or the $5.00 walk in fee will apply.
We are actively working on creating an ordering and payment web page that will be the easiest for our shoppers to use.
Please be patient in our efforts to improve your ordering experience.
Q: I do not see a place on your web site to indicate who the lunches I am purchasing are for?
A: In the Payment page is a text box titled: ***Insert Child First Last & Teacher Name here*** Please type your child's First & Last name as well as the teacher's.
Q: The website is also asking me for a shipping address?
A: Due to the nature of this shopping cart it asks for a shipping address. Please check the box labeled "Shipping Information same as Billing Information" and you will go to the next screen.
Q: What is the shipping charge for?
A: There is no shipping of this product. We take care of everything and have the Lunches delivered hot and ready for your child's lunch. We do however need to have a transaction fee for providing credit card service. The Shipping charge is actually a transaction fee.
